Collect Double the Check Amount
Have you been paid with a check that bounced? Lien Utah can give your customer a strong incentive to pay by sending the issuer of the check a 30 day demand for payment. If your customer does not pay within that time, the customer will owe you more than double the check amount plus any attorney fees and legal costs you incur collecting. This greatly increases the likelihood you will be paid and, where payment is not made voluntarily, makes collection action much more worthwhile.

This powerful tool is only available to those who comply with Utah’s notice statute. Lien Utah can take care of this for you. Simply complete and return the order form below. (Effective only for transactions governed by Utah law).
PRICES
$50 for the notice, plus $15 for each address to which the notice is served
(Price assumes one check per notice. $15 will be charged for each additional bounced check included in the same notice. Price assumes customer will provide complete and accurate information. If not, an additional charge will be assessed commensurate with the time needed to obtain the missing information).
